“I did a lot of research before deciding to join the Bondi Vixen 6 week Bikini Body Challenge. I wanted to find a program that was going to test me mentally and physically yet a program that I could see myself doing longer term. I must say, before starting this program I felt totally scared and intimidated. I knew my fitness levels were shocking and my look far from a bikini body. But these feelings quickly vanished when I realised that everybody was on their own journey and really focused on achieving their individual goals, as I was. I then just became determined! In 6 weeks on the Bondi Vixen Bikini Body Challenge I have quit smoking after 20 years, avoided alcohol completely, cut down coffee, lost weight and improved my fitness out of sight.
