30 years training women has given Vix the unique skill of being able to know what exercise regime would give any woman their desired results, just by looking at them. Her career has seen her evolve through workout trends and styles to bring her to a place where she so fully understands female health: the body, the mind and the heart, that she was able to devise a method that works it all in the most effective, and fun, way.

A Bondi native, Vix pioneered Bondi Beach bootcamps and was one of Sydney’s first certified personal trainers. Her indoor and outdoor personal training sessions grew to compliment her group fitness classes at her Bondi Vixen studio. It was here that she evolved her innovative training style that became The Vixletix Method.

Now, with a brand new studio and exclusive method that epitomises everything she’s learnt and worked for, Vix is at the top of her game. It’s time to show women of all ages how The Vixletix Method can transform their lives.

We slow down the reps to focus on lifting heavier weights. With two classes, one tailored to the upper body and the other for the lower, we prioritise defining and shaping lean muscle exactly where you want it.

Sculpt

Join us barefoot on the mat and prepare to lift, squeeze and crunch your way to a strong core and powerful booty using tight and targeted Pilates-inspired movements against decreasing intervals.

In two styles, Yin and Flow Yoga, we offer recovery classes that help you feel relaxed, lengthened and centred. These slow-paced sessions are a time to reflect and listen to your body as we move through postures and feel our edges.
